We are delighted to announce that the owners of Staffordshire Training Services Limited, Gareth Hassall and Matthew Ramsell, have officially acquired Viva Training Centre as of April 2025.

This exciting new chapter reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and the continued delivery of high-quality training across Staffordshire and beyond.

A Shared Passion for Training

Gareth and Matthew first met as Tutor Assessors at Stoke-on-Trent College and have since built long-standing careers within the training and education sector.

With decades of combined experience, they bring a learner-centred, quality-driven ethos that will continue to underpin the values of the centre.

Acknowledging the Past

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Richard Firth, founder and former owner of Viva Training Centre, for everything he has achieved since establishing the business in 2017. His dedication and vision have built strong foundations that we are proud to carry forward.

We also extend our gratitude to everyone—past and present—who has contributed to Viva Training Centre’s journey. Your hard work, dedication, and passion have helped shape the centre into what it is today.

Looking Ahead as Viva Training Services

As we transition into Viva Training Services, our goal is to:

  • Honour and build upon the centre’s legacy
  • Enhance client experience with new developments

  • Reflect the evolving needs of learners and employers

We are also excited to create new partnerships, expand our network, and ensure Viva Training Services remains a trusted and progressive name in the training sector.
